Yasmeen Smalley

Yasmeen Smalley is an underwater photographer, science communicator and conservationist whose passion is documenting the endangered wonders of our underwater worlds.

Yasmeen is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. She graduated in 2013 with a BFA in Photojournalism, a BS in Biomedical Photographic Communications and two minors in Environmental Science and Journalism. Her diverse experiences as a PADI Divemaster and underwater photographer include interning in the Conservation department at the New England Aquarium and studying marine science in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Born in Houston, Texas, Yasmeen currently resides in New Hampshire, where she works as the Social Media Guru for The Hydrous, an underwater imaging non-profit organization.
