Thanks for commenting. This is not a deep sea lizard -- it's a fish. It's in the family Bathysauridae, which only contains two species.
To make it more confusing, there is a different group of fishes called lizardfishes, but, despite the deepsea lizardfish's common name, it is not actually in this group.
